DEAR OLIVES IS NOT A PRODUCT. IT’S OUR LOVE FOR OLIVES.

This is a story of love and care. We select the best olives from small neighboring farms. We harvest them early. We harvest them by hand (because machines can’t love them as much as the hands that grew them do)

Early harvest means less oil, but the best quality oil. It also allows the tree to regenerate and get ready for the next season. These happy trees make better olives for years to come. You will feel this love when you taste our ultra premium* single origin olive oil.

Like we mentioned we don’t get a lot of quantity that is why dear olives is only available to a discerning few

*ultra-premium is a notch higher than olive oils sold under “gourmet” or “premium” tags.
